The forum is ready for the new season and hopefully it's all self explanatory. The Talkaboutfootball Calendar is on the left and I'll keep it updated weekly.
All Competition Results are on the right-hand side and this is where all Football Games, Golf and Formula One results will appear.
The Points Won tables will also be on the right-hand side.
One other new feature this season is the inclusion of your Game Points won. They are now visible under your avatar and also in your profile page.
Last season's points total are shown, as well as this season's total which will obviously increase as the season goes on.
As always, all competitions will be posted in the middle under Competitions.
I've decided to do away with Recent Threads. All posted topics can be read and replied to when you click on Latest Topics which is located on the menu bar, just under the banner.
If you want to post a news story, please post it in the relevant section of the forum.
Also on the menu bar, I've include links to popular sites like Flash Scores, BBC Football News, Sky Sports Football and William Hill. Please also visit the links for the Football Tables (updated automatically) and Live Football Scores.
The Football Games, Golf and Formula One are also assessable from this menu.
For a full directory of everything on the forum, you can click on the talkaboutfootballforum bar which is just under the menu bar.
The competitions this season will be pretty much the same as last season.
They will comprise of Three Matches, Five Matches, How Many Goals, Twelve Matches, Lucky 31, Football Club Champion and Spot The Ball.
The Prediction Leagues will be for the Premier League, Championship, FA Cup, League Cup, Checkatrade Trophy, Champions League and Europa League.
This season, I will be posting a table for each Prediction League.
Golf events and Formula One races will continue as usual.
From this week until the end of the season, each and every competition posted will be worth 25,000 points to the winner.
Please remember to check the forum during the week as I will be covering every single Prediction League match. Even if there are only one or two matches in the fixture, it will still count as a competition and be worth 25,000 points.
The member with the most points at the end of the season will be crowned the Talkaboutfootball Games Champion.
As an incentive to try and win that title, I will be happy to pay £50 to the eventual winner. That can be done either through a Paypal account or I can send a postal order. Last years winner was jkb.
